desk is in great condition, but it's particleboard, so it's yours for free if you want to pick it up...both sets of end tables are $20/set (the ones with gold trim are nicer, but my dog chewed on a corner a bit when she was a puppy)...the kitchen table and 4 chairs are $75

i encourage you lowball as i would, but i'll go ahead and tell you that i've got the table and chairs up on cl for $100 and i've got 4 emails (2 "promising" to pick up, one offering $75, and another that may or may not be picker-upper) already...in any case, i'll likely sell that for $100 ($75 is the i-love-tww price)

if none of them pan out by monday night or so, and i become desperate to get them out of the spare room (which is possible!), i'll let you know

yeah, the table and chairs were my old roommate's, and he left them, saying he didn't want them anymore

i had removed the legs to get it out of the room (it wouldn't fit through the doorway otherwise) and i was moving the table top by myself and knocked over a bunch of stuff...i dropped the top, gouged it pretty bad, and bent the crap out of the metal scrollwork on the bottom...the metal is broken and one of the screws necessary to hold it on the bottom was ripped out...the top was only particleboard (or something similar), but it didn't hold up to the abuse very well

also, while i was moving everything i noticed that one of the steel tubes that is a part of one of the chairs had broken where it was welded...really, the whole set is more crap that i thought it was...i'm giving the three remaining chairs to my brother since he can use them, but the one chair is being trashed and the table will likely be used for...something
