i saw Cosmic Charlie in Boone last year, they really put on a great show, actually just happened to walk in not knowing who was playing

they really do, i like the whole idea of "high-energy" grateful dead, thats the only real drawback is that a lot of their (GD) material lacks a certain intensity but cosmic charlie is pretty good at ratcheting up the level a few notches
