Does anyone have more info on how exactly this works? My latency is under 100ms to most sites hosted in the US so it's clearly not a satellite feed, although I'm a decent bit closer to space I guess. I've searched a few sites, including gogo who provides most service in the US. I believe it's something like 700mhz or lower radio, but where are the repeaters?? A friend at work says he worked on this in the 90's for the military but he can't really share any details since it's still classified info.
