i can definately recommend these guys as some honest mechanics,
they got me out of buying 2 bad cars,
one today where i convinced my friend to take it to them, and the car's transmission completely crapped out, they didnt even charge me for it

its not for me, this was a subaru outback,
the car need a jump start, out of gas, then when we got to the mechanic the car would no longer go in drive, only backwards
the guy was just trying to buy a cheap car, so i guess the lesson is dont buy cheap cars from dealers

They family that owns the ex-Exxon (they got rid of the gas pumps and work as a family garage only now) of Western nearby Powell Dr in Raleigh are also fantastic people. Very honest and reasonable people.
