I didn't like the fact that these were taking place right before the olympics and today an austrian olympian got injured pretty bad. NHL takes a break and it seems like they would have had this in like november for an olympic year.

our (USA) second and only other person who had a shot in Ski-X got hurt today... looks like a dislocated hip


I don't like that this is going on now either- personally if I were someone like shaun white or some of these skiers, I wouldn't be doing it, but they are out there, risking it right before the olympics

I watched the "big air" snowboarding event last night and was bored out of my mind. It was supposed to be a best trick sort of event, with 5 riders jumping continuously in order for 15 minutes straight. Everyone did some variation of the 1080, once they strayed away from that trick they busted their ass. Terrible. Reminds me why I dont like the x games being shown every single year, takes away from the tricks since I just saw them last year
