sorry if this is old news already, but Comedy Central is now airing episodes of Married...with Children
if comedy central was going to show reruns of any 90s sitcom, this is the one I would vote for
wtg, CC (now just get MadTV off the air and go back to showing SNL) 2/11/2010 5:15:36 PM |

Such a great show. About two weeks ago I got home on a Saturday night at like 2am and was hungry but not tired. I made a sandwich and turned on the TV to see what was on. Married with Children on I think TBS was the only decent thing on so I watched the episode when Bud goes nuts and starts building a random wooden structure in the basement while Al is trying to get customer service for his car on the phone. Good stuff. 2/11/2010 5:23:58 PM |

yeah, FX had it for a while.
Maybe Comedy Central is going for the monopoly on Katey Sagal

Its only been airing for 2 days and the episode on now has Jefferson as Darcy's wife...so either they didn't start with the 1st episode or they are out of order
^Apparently it has been off of FX for a while...
Quote : | "The series later aired on FX from September 1998 until 2007. In 2002, FX became the first television network to air the controversial and banned episode "I'll See You in Court". In 2008, the Spike network reportedly paid US$12 million for broadcast rights to every episode including the unedited version of the infamous episode, "I'll See You in Court".[20] It started airing on Spike TV on September 29, 2008 with a weeklong marathon. TBS also began airing the show shortly after, acquiring the show in fall 2008 to run in the early morning hours, it currently runs for three hours on TBS during the early morning hours. TV Land picked up the rights to broadcast the show from its MTV Networks sister Spike in August 2009. A few of the episodes are available on YouTube between season 1 and 11. Comedy Central began airing the show on February 8, 2010; Comedy Central acquired rights to air the series from TV Land, who in turn, had earlier acquried the rights to the series from Spike. All three cable channels are owned by Viacom.[21]" |

I saw some episode with Al getting his landline cancelled because the phone company pissed him off. Kelly was pouting the whole time.
And notice that Peg doesn't smoke in the later episodes? 2/12/2010 12:20:30 AM |

Fucking HILARIOUS! I still remember Al going through like 1000 touch-tone prompts and Peg hangs the phone up in the end. Every time I'm on the phone and stuck in computer voice land unable to talk to a real person, I think of that episode.2/12/2010 1:02:48 AM |

one of my favorite moments ever was when the whole family went to the movie theater, asked for a bunch of stuff at the concession stand, ate it while the cashier's back was turned, and then said they didn't want anything 2/12/2010 3:08:00 AM |

it was Kelly not Peggy. Kelly remembered being told to not waste electricity so she hung up the phone to not waste said electricity.2/12/2010 11:17:24 AM |

i like the episode where al got the amazing toilet from his youth and installed it in the basement because he wanted it all to himself, and because it had a "mans flush" and he coulndt wait to use it and get to flush it
...after a full episode of constipation, at the end he finally get the urge to shit, and it closes out with him flushing the toilet. As it made a monstrous flush, it cuts to the city fountain from the intro completely losing water followed by Al saying "NOW THATS A MANS FLUSH"

lol. I intentionally kept all three 1975 toilets in my home for that very reason. Combine decades of R&D with the gluttonous decadence of the 70's and you end up with some serious power that you just can't get nowadays without spending a ton of loot. Four years I've lived in that house and I don't even own a plunger. ::high fives Al Bundy:: 2/12/2010 12:16:33 PM |

It's been coming on TBS early in the morning too.
Best episodes are any involving NO MA'AM.
I also liked the episode when Al wants to enter the sport's trivia show and is banned. He gets Kelly to learn sports trivia so she can enter instead. The thing was for every new thing she learned some old piece of knowledge she lost. Came down to the last question and it's who scored 4 touchdowns in a high school game and of course she's lost that one fact.
Another was the car wash episode where the family took an outing to get the dodge washed. Steve was there. The car wash lost the dodge only because it went from brown to red and no one remembered the original color. Al kept saying his most valuable treasure was in the trunk and Peggy kept saying his collection of Bigguns isn't valuable. At the end Al digs to the bottom the Bigguns and pulls out a family photo and you see this is his most valuable treasure.
You can't forget the odd cameos and hot women in the show. Sam Kinison as the angel, the guy that played Angel, Joey from Friends, Jessica Hahn as the shoe groupie, Vanna White trying to buy Al, and Milla Jovovich as Kelly's rival.
Such a good show 8/22/2013 1:41:28 AM |

The episode where Al and friends are trying to install the satellite dish on the roof was hilarious. Nothing funnier than a mannequin falling and bouncing off the back patio. Same episode as Bud (during his agent days) representing Kelly in the workout video. Great episode 8/22/2013 9:21:27 AM |
