I had to move away and I am hoping to find someone to sublet my apartment through July. It's a 4 BR, 4 BA apartment at University Village. There are only 2 guys living there right now. They're both nice, clean roommates.

I am paying $445/month for rent and utilities, but I'd be willing cover $45 a month. Please send me an offer. For $400 a month, it's yours. If you want to offer a little less, I'll definitely consider it. This rate includes utilities, internet, and cable.
