i bought mine recently for $45 at walmart (well actually got it at Best Buy pricematched cuz Walmart was out)

I have a copy I've been thinking about selling. I've never played it and I didn't really plan to, but I was trying to decide if I should save it and sell it with my whole system or something. I will sell it individually though.

It's new and never played, but it's opened. The lady at Best Buy cut open the annoying plastic on the sides to check to make sure there was no problem with the disc.

In any case, 40 would definitely take it. Might be willing to slip lower.
