By "out of town", I meant "out of market", so if you live in NC, you have to get one of the aforementioned packages to see any games that aren't nationally televised

That is an exceptional deal to get the Yes, NESN, and Big X networks for $3 a month. I believe our football game with ECU in 2010 is on one of those random sports channels as it was a couple years ago. Too bad the Big X is the only one of those channels that is in HD with TWC.
