My roommate is moving out in May (I think right around the middle of May). The complex is called Colonial Village and is right behind the Aldi in Cary. The room has its own full bathroom (not connected actually connected to the room). It's the largest bathroom in the house. There is also a nice sized closet and a door to the back patio. It can easily fit in a king sized bed. I will put pics up later today or tomorrow.

The remaining tenants are myself and another guy. Accepting male or female roommates (the one leaving is female). I'm the only one who smokes, but I keep it contained within my room or outside. There is no smoking smell outside of my room, or even in the room.

Rent for the room is $325 not including utilities.
