how many of you guys play in bball leagues in charlotte? there's a league that pretty much has sessions going year round, but i'm always lookin for another place to play and people to play with.

carolina courts is the place i play at, though they might have to close in the next year to rebuild out of the way of that turnpike they're building.

It's way out there. I am also interested in this topic. I currently just play with my company, but not of late (knee injury and disc golf took over).

I usually just play at Freedom Park aka The Rucker of The South, but if a league materializes, then I'm interested

But we all know how this ends...people say they want to play...people get excited...people make plans...then the time comes to actually make the time and/or financial commitment and everyone dissapears...its a tale thats told countless times on TWW, and it always ends the same way

the only problem i'd have with a league is the location. i'm out here in indian trail so it takes a while to get to where a lot of em probably play. i got lucky when they built this carolina courts place cause its literally down the street. i played in one league at a church near providence high school once but its a bit of a trek.

in a previous league session at carolina courts, i played against former nba player and six man of the year bobby jones. granted he's old now, but still.

there's a few Div II guys out there but otherwise its mostly just good former high school players.
