didn't see a thread specifically on future tournament expansion, which seems pretty much inevitable

the sad thing is to NOT make it into th tourney when they go up to 96 damn teams..THAT would be truly embarrassing!

it'll be interesting to see how this affects coaches keeping their jobs...if a coach goes 16-15 but makes the tourney then gets in the tourney and wins a couple of games (and this happens for 3 or so seasons) what do you do?

its gonna happen so i'm trying to put a positive spin on it. after the first 32 play in games, the best 64 teams in the country will be left, so that 64 team tournament might actually be better than the one we have right now

i was really not in favor of this until this year's tournament. i have concluded that college basketball cannot possibly be seeded correctly.
