Does anyone out there know how to cite OSHA standards. For example if the information that I'm using is from 29CFR1910.262 how do I put that in APA and in text?
here's the info http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/owadisp.show_document?p_table=STANDARDS&p_id=9858
I'm guessing that the CFR code will suffice for the in text, but I have no idea how to put it in my references. And yes I've already googled the shit outta this and all I can find is how to cite an article written by OSHA.
The only real reference that I can find looks like this but I'm not sure if it applies since it doesn't contain the CFR code:
Quote : | "Occupational Safety and Health Administration. (1994, May). Chemical sampling information. Washington: OSHA. Retrieved from OSHA regulations, documents, and technical information. (OSHA CD-ROM, A94-3) " |
Any help is appreciated.
