The funny thing is, Engadget's active user base couldn't be more anti-apple lol...
(based on the comments)
I've also come to find that any comment that isn't displayed by default because its buried via vote downs...99% of the time its a positive comment towards Apple or an Apple product lol. 4/9/2010 2:19:12 PM |

I also don't see what the fuss is about, there are plenty of non-apple related articles. I've gotten all my information on other tablet like devices from engadget, every day there is at least 1 or 2 devices popping up that they write about. 4/9/2010 2:36:00 PM |

Ugh, thank you! I've about had it with these websites lately. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate Apple but for the love of all that's unholy, SHUT THE @$!% UP ABOUT THE DAMN IPAD/PHONE/WHATEVER!
Ever since the iPad release it's been non-stop! There's other shit going on in the tech world you dumb asses. Engadget, Ars, Gizmodo, Lifehacker, they're all full of Apple-loving shit lately. 4/9/2010 4:54:26 PM |

^,^^For real. Seriously guys, you know a blog (especially a tech news blog site) is just a bunch of guys who decided to write about something they like, they think is popular, or is controversial, right? They're worse than the Mainstream Media in their attempt to garner attention, don't act surprised. 4/10/2010 5:13:05 AM |

If you don't like it, don't read it. They wouldn't cover it as much if it didn't make money. Ars itself said that 30% of their users are Apple users and that their Apple articles get the most viewers. Nevermind that Apple sets the trends for the entire fucking industry...
Honestly, what the fuck are they supposed to do? Not do the thing that is the most profitable? 4/10/2010 9:19:59 AM |

When the iPad was released, the 4 top articles in Sci/Tech on Google News were about the iPad. Those are what people were clicking on, for Google to put them there.
Don't blame the iPad hype on the sites, blame it on people. 4/10/2010 1:49:35 PM |
