Anyone else having trouble downloading it? It literally just showed up on my husband's storm 2 after I rebooted it but it doesn't show up on mine and every time I try all I get are errors. The ap is awesome it streams the NFL network live--i'm really impressed with it other than the difficulties I seem to have downloading it.

no i did not, used direct links mostly but did triple checked the spelling

apparently i have to call tech support but they won't help until I have the pass code on the account.
