I would like to install a surveillance system outdoors... Obviously, it has to be very effective at night, without a lot of flood lighting.

Recommendations? An initial google search brought up a lot of skanky advertisement links and other suspicious looking "review" sites that are probably owned by a manufacturer.

That's basically the best you can get, but I have absolutely no idea how much it would cost. Probably $texas. If I won the lottery I'd be putting these up immediately.
