there are some users (former mods) who can read the mod forum. they do not have other moderator capabilities like moving/locking threads or suspending people

^^ Well for one, I wasn't aware of PP moderators. Two, given the number of shenanigans that occur on this site, I wondered if there were moderators that weren't being named, but still performing mod duties.
