Excel is messing up date/time stamps at midnight...
Looking at the cell, the date would be something like 1/2/08 0:00 however in the formula bar it's 1/1/08 0:00 which is messing up a vlookup function based off of the date (cell value). I've tried adding a small amount of time (fractions of a second) but that didn't work.

does this for each 0:00 time stamp.

That will push it forward to the next day.

I'm not experiencing the same issue, wdprice3. I'm on Excel 2007, formatted the cell as "Time", and 1/2/08 0:00 shows up as 1/2/2008 12:00:00 AM.

try formatting the time to plain numbers. Right clik on the cell >format cells>custom and select @ this will convert the date and time to a number... I dont know if this will help you in anyway though
