hey everyone,
I tried to install trend micro officescan (version 10 service pack 1)on my laptop (eeepc 1000H) with windows xp service pack 3.
I strictly follow the steps, and when I restart my laptop after complete installation, the program said that is online, but I can't scan or do anything with. The icon stays red.
I know that to initialize the program it take time , but 30 min!?
and when I clic on Plug-in Programs, the following mail appears:

"This computer does not meet at least one of the system requirements for Plug-in Manager. Contact your OfficeScan administrator for assistance."

If someone got an answer.

^^ That!
Trendmicro has given me about 10 orders of magnitude more false-positives than any other AV client I've ever used.
