Looking for a room for rent. Close to NCSU and near a wolfline route.

I'll be in raleigh mid august and would like to rent by the month [or for 8-9 months], reason being I will not be living there next summer.

I'm clean, respectful, pay my rent on time and very easy to get along with. For the most part, I keep to myself and my school work.

I'm looking for either one or two room mates, preferably one. I dont have much stuff, but if by chance there is a garage, then I have some wood working tools I'd like to house there as well as use.

yeah, i'm thinking about doing that, but I've never done that and am just worried that I wont be able to sublet the place.

Is it fairly easy to sublet?

Depends on if the company charges for it. If they don't, it's cake because they subletter will have to sign their own contract. If they do, you may wish to just not tell anyone, but then you have to get someone trustworthy
