who has the singing vocals that you enjoy the most and that you love listening to, not necessarily who you think is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME and definitely not about who is the best songwriter

dont puss out and name some group. 1 male, 1 female...hopefully this will broaden some horizons

Male - Jaheim (rough around the edges, dude can flat out blow doesnt sing like a wimpy woman sings like a damn man should sound)
Female - Joss Stone (oozes soul and just hits crazy notes, often sends chills through me when shes really crankin her vocals)

For women, Liv Kristine Espenæs.

Gotta think a bit more to get the males down to a single pick.

One of his more... interesting... songs from their latest album. Not my favorite album of theirs, but http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KiMA4lzJXnY

Male: Al Green - I have heard very few male vocalists who can convey the soul and feeling that he can with his voice alone.

Female: I am gonna go with Joss Stone as well. I may be partial because i also think she is fucking smoking hot. But she also has an awesome, soulful, powerful voice.

I think I am just really into soulful voices.
