He has systematically deleted posts that he didn't agree with. There was nothing abusive or obscene in any of the material deleted. All posts related directly to the thread topic, and were of a serious nature discussing "life, and other fun stuff", as per the Lounge requirements. Is this really the type of behavior that this forum was founded on? If I can't say what's on my mind, what's the point of this forum?

Also, if this censorship is to be expected, he's horrible at his job. Lots of my posts remain. In that case, he should be fired for being negligent in his duties.

There are lots of things I complain about. Opinions that I disagree with aren't one of them, nor would I expect differing opinions to be silenced. It's in bad form. I am a member of the cycling community, I ride almost daily. The fact that I don't dress up in spandex doesn't mean my opinions aren't valid. I think you should weigh "complaints" with a grain of salt. There are numerous other forums dedicated to the unadulterated pursuit of their form of cycling. This, however, is a public forum. That's my case, anyway.

I concur with smc. I don't care if there was a complaint or not, OmarBadu was way out of line here.

To delete a post just because someone disagrees with it is about the shittiest thing that can be done on this site and it flies in the face of what differentiates TWW from all the other forums out there.
