I'd love to see anyone try to defend this. Consumption of "porn" is so widespread and so commonplace that to even attempt to prosecute a mainstream pornography producer like a director for Evil Angel is laughable on first blush and tragic upon closer examination. I dare say you would have a hard time meeting the Miller test anywhere in the US, let alone in a major metro area like DC.

Well, it's all over, the judge dismissed the case due to lack of evidence. So... end result, a huge waste of taxpayer dollars, an innocent man who never should have had to defend himself spends his own money on legal fees, and moral busybodies/totalitarian government are held off for one more day.
