Couch and love seat are both pretty beat up to be honest with you. They are probably at least 15 years old. I just want to be rid of them. They're very comfortable, some pronounced wear on the couch, less on the love seat, it is in pretty decent shape. There is likely dog hair on both, although the maids vacuum and clean them twice a month. Very comfortable furniture, Fabric is slightly raised on the striped portions, not really sure what you would call it.

Both ends of the couch recline and the middle part folds down into a table as shown. Both halves of the love seat recline.

Love seat is approx. 62" long, 32 in" deep, 32" high.

Couch is approx. 84" long, 32" deep, 32" high.

So why not just answer it? bags can weigh anywhere from 40lbs to 150lbs or more for the pros. Hitting a 40lb bag vs a 100lb bag is a big difference. Go to any legit boxing supply store (online if you'd like) and you'll see that they're sold by weight. It's the factor that determines cost within a given model.

so.... how much does it weigh? Or are you not sure? Is it vinyl or leather? and if it's vinyl, are there any cracks or tears in it?
