Hi! I'm a friendly, but quiet professional female in need of a room ASAP. My current lease is up at the end of July, so I'd like to move as soon as possible. I'm willing to pay up to $450 in rent for a bedroom in a house or apartment. I'd prefer to live in northwest Raleigh near Crabtree Valley Mall, near the intersection of I-40 and 540, or close to RTP.

I don't smoke, but I don't mind if you do. Similarly, I don't mind pets, though I don't have any of my own. I have to get up early for work, so I'd like to live somewhere that will be relatively quiet from about 11PM to 6AM. I'm courteous, steadily employed, and clean up after myself. I'd be happy to give you personal references from past roommates, and I always pay my bills on time.

In my free time, I like to go out with friends, watch television, read, go to the gym, and bake. I'm sociable, but never bring the party home with me.

we have an open room in our apartment. It's $375/month but it's at University Woods which is a college complex. Usually its only noisy on the weekends though. But my roommate is a cop and can usually quiet down any disturbances.

I work at Crabtree Valley Mall and its like 10 minutes away with no traffic.

You're photo gallery is pretty awesome so you should probably live with us
