the backup has been working pretty well. Recently I started checking the backup folder on the remote server and i'm getting .part files only and not the full zip. It seems to be random. Some days the full backup is there and others it's not, just .filepart/.part file.

Usually if something goes wrong using WinSCP it'll leave the upload window open, so think the SFTP is completing.

I might have to try another way to upload this file.

take the two versions and MD5 them, verify if it's a naming problem or transmission problem (you should copy and rename the files to something that's the same in different folders, then MD5/SHA1/whatever your flavor is)
