Why the hell won't security settings stick? Namely

"Do not save encrypted pages to disk"

The only way I can launch an app from the front end and not get "Save or Cancel" is if this settings remains unchecked. Every reboot the check returns and I'm back to square one. I have uninstalled citrix time and time again, cleared cache, cookies, temp files, 9 yards.

I'm in the process of launching the app from firefox, but if that doesn't work I don't know wtf to do. Anyone have experience with this?

Firefox opens fine. Wtf. Roll back to IE6 and reinstall 8? Convince the client that FF > IE?

this client called us basically to play liaison with the tech support behind the web interface that said client's CPA uses. I was trying to avoid having this guy get double, even tripple billed to listen to someone tell me to go through the exact steps I have been taking all along.

I'm thinking that it's something to do with the version of ICA plugin not registering properly with his IE8 install. He was fine with the firefox workaround. I renamed it "CBS" and made the home page the login for his virtual apps front end. I've already spent enough time on this BS, onward and upward I say.
