also they changed the kicking from the joystick down/up motion, to the old hit A to start the meter, hit A at the top for power, and hit A a third time for accuracy

i'm playing the Ultimate Team mode...you start off with some shit team of people rated in the 40s and 50s...I'm up 14-7 on the Rams right now...trying to get some stats and stuff to upgrade my team...seems like a cool concept for a game mode

I didn't play the demo, so I can't compare the gameplay, but it seems fine to me

I'm probably just used to playing NCAA. I've played probably 1000 NCAA games vs. like 20 Madden games. Madden always seems to play so much slower and the camera differences always bug me.

everytime I try to play Madden I always get upset with how much slower the gameplay seems compared to NCAA Football, like the players run faster in NCAA or something. I dunno, maybe its just me, but that is the main reason why I cant get into Madden

the NCAA version always just seems as it is a rushed version of Madden.

NCAA always has more bugs and errors in the schematics of the gameplay

its almost as they market NCAA Football to the less experienced, younger gaming crowd

plus i am sure you would hate Madden 11 seeing how there is now no turbo button and you are more into fast paced, arcade like gameplay....

man fuck this online shit. i want to stop playing online altogether, but i just can't. it's worth way more when the game actually happens, i just like playing against real people. i'm getting sick of the quitting though. my record is terrible because most games i'm winning i get quit on. i even started sandbagging the first half, making sure i'm not leading or even trailing some. people still quit in the 2nd half.

i had a game tied at 28 in the 4th quarter. they were in field goal range (like on my 20), went for it on fourth down and didn't pick it up. they quit. didn't even wait for me to take a lead. they just fucking quit. had another guy quit with 30 seconds left. so infuriating.

Picked this up for cheap the other day. Pretty disappointed that so few of my NCAA players made it through to the draft classes -- that's like 75% of the reason I bought Madden.

Having a pretty tough time running the ball with GB. Five or six games in and Grant's rushed for 75 yards once, usually 35ish a game. Passing is too easy, though. I'm on all-pro, or whatever's below all-Madden, and still playing with the sliders.

Anyone that's played FIFA, is Ultimate Team pretty much the same deal? I played the shit out of FUT last year, probably spent like $40 bucks on points to buy packs. I haven't taken a look at it in Madden yet, but I hope the packs are more balanced and easier to come by than in FIFA.

Lead blocking is a joke compared to NCAA 11, it's impossible to get around the edge when my TE or FB takes off across the field to block god knows what

I play this game all the time but the biggest complaint that I have is when I'm trying to tackle the ball carrier, the game seems to like to select a safety way down field rather than the 2+ linebackers that are closer to the ball and could make the tackle before the first down. Sometimes when the QB has the ball and I'm trying to select the DE who has a good break on him it'll pull off my safety and open up a huge hole, usually for a TD.
