My girlfriend is trying to sublease her apartment in Briar Creek. The lease is up beginning of April, then you can choose whether or not you want to renew at that time.

she probably should get someone to take over her lease fully, and not sublease it to someone she doesnt know. i've done this before, and if whoever lives there decides not to pay rent, or damages the place costing extra $, you're girlfriend is equally responsible, even if she isn't living there anymore, her name is still on the lease. So yeah, I'd suggest she get someone to take over the lease, and get her name off there so she doesn't have to worry about the kind of tenant that's going to be living there. 8/12/2010 1:30:08 PM |
