.Was thinking about buying a 4 pack for a game this year for people that probably wouldn't enjoy sitting in the heat or student section.
Has anyone sat up here or in a Vaughn Tower Suite before?
Does the view suck that high up? The tickets are about $300/each for Dail Club.
I guess I'm just used to sitting in the first 10 rows on the 30 yd line for free

I worked in Vaughn Towers this past year for catering, and I thought the view was great looking down from the inside. The food is great too, with all you can eat. 8/21/2010 2:29:17 PM |

is that $300 for 4 games, or $300 per game? 8/21/2010 2:51:31 PM |

i believe that's $300 per ticket per game.... whereas a season ticket in the commoner's area (outside) is $305 8/21/2010 3:01:23 PM |

It's really nice up there, great view, but it's almost like you're watching on TV between the perspective and being detached from the action/sound by a wall of glass. 8/21/2010 3:15:21 PM |

Take them to a night game and get tickets from a WPC member. Cheaper and problem solved 8/21/2010 3:39:52 PM |

I sat in Vaughn Towers last year for Homecoming and the view is pretty awesome....especially when the band is performing and creating the various shapes. I didnt have any trouble seeing the game either.

You can ask the attendants to raise the glass for you so there is nothing between you and the field. Not to mention the catered food and fridge full of beer and wine make the game much more enjoyable.8/21/2010 4:58:47 PM |

Are there any sites or charities that bid/auction tickets in the suites? Say if you don't use all 20 tickets they give a few to a charity?
I know the hurricanes do this a lot. They do have ~40 games or so, but gotta imagine Murphy does it to! 8/22/2010 1:20:42 PM |
