Normally the US team always looks superior on paper, but this year I like the European team more. I think the US is going to get their asses kicked this year. Too many question marks on that team. A lot of Ryder inexperience for both teams though.

Why bring Tiger his game has sucked this year, plus he has a terrible record in Ryder Cup matches. The US won the last one without him. I too think the US is going to be destroyed.

Should be a fun RC to watch, the RF pick was a good one in my opinion. Anthony Kim is still very injured, and Lucas Glover is playing like shit lately. Good solid stretch pick for Corey Pavin. I think fowler is great friends with Bubba Watson and gets along with Tiger well, so that should be good for comradery!

I think adding Tiger just destroys any chance the US team had for comradery. Him and Phil hate each other, Tiger is playing like shit so I am sure his attitude sucks too, and plus with him around all of the other dudes cannot make fun of Tiger fucking whores and getting his ass kicked by his wife.

I would have left him off and brought Glover. Sucks that Kim is not healthy.

^I think you overestimate that rivalry (more of a media creation in my opinion). Plus with tiger moving to a new coach, and all of the problems that he has had, I am guessing he will be a little more accessible (one of the guys) this year. Nothing more humanizing than a public divorce, swing troubles, and the clap!

I think Tiger is a great pick...mainly because he has the drive to prove everyone that he can still play like he can before the scandal.

I don't know if you can guarantee that it will be healed. I am sure Corey had that convo with him, and the prognosis wasnt all that positive. Dude is low on confidence after the surgery, and needs to worry about making his first cut instead of playing for his country!.

It would be great if Elin goes over there and sleeps with the entire European team.

The Tiger pick was a foolish pick though from Pavin.

Rory is going to kick Tiger in the dick. Maybe if it was Rory Sabbatini, Tiger would have a chance.

I'm hoping you're wrong, but Tiger hasn't given us a reason to believe otherwise yet

He did beat Stephen Ames' ass in the match play championship 9 & 8 when Ames made fun of him for spraying his driver the previous day.

Honestly, Tiger might be trying to latch onto something to regain that mental "edge". He needs some outside motivation, like Kobe and Jordan, to fuel that fire and raise his game.

As soon as his mind is right, look the fuck out.

They should substitute Jeff Overton for Tom Watson. That would be awesome.

This should be one hell of a match.

Not sure I am all that excited about the chances of the US team in any match. If Tiger plays well, him and Stricker should handle Poulter and Fisher. The other three are even or favor the Europeans IMO. I think the US will be down 2.5 - 1.5 at the end of Friday morning.

This rain is getting pretty ridiculous. They need to suspend play if we are gonna have a change. The Europeans are better than us in bad weather. Well, they're better than us across the board this year, but the weather is not helping us out.

This part is untrue. Tirico said earlier on the broadcast that the PGA of America went to the merchandise tent and purchased a rain suit for every player and caddy that wanted one.

Still though, How can we not get decent equipment for our players in the first place?
