I'm wondering if anyone knows of any good forums for flash game developers or other communities?

I'm a sound designer with an interest in games. Since I'm currently looking for work I was thinking I could get involved with a flash game or two designing the game sound. It would be good for my reel and someone could get some free sound design out of the deal.

I'm checking out the forums on Kongregate.

Any others I should take a peek at?

I know Newgrounds has a huge community of flash developers, but you'd have to wade through a lot of shitty ones.
