I have a number of spreadsheets of bank account transactions for various bank accounts...essentially there is a payables column, and a receivables column (as well as date of transaction, check #, etc)...they're setup with formulas to take previous months' balances and carry forward to the next month

each month has its own tab, ie JAN10, FEB10, etc

I want to know if there is a way to setup printing so that I can print the entire 12-tab spreadsheet, but I don't want to print it on 12 separate pieces of paper, as some of the accounts' only have 2-3 transactions per month, and its just a waste of paper and its harder to see

So does anyone know how to basically print an entire multi-tabbed spreadsheet while essentially 'skipping' over blank cells and going ahead and printing data from subsequent tabs on the same page? Optimally I'd like to be able to print some of these on only 3-4 pieces of paper

Thanks

Sounds like you should be using Access.
I don't know of an easy way to do this in Excel.

Macro.

Possible to set up a 13th page that is an aggregation of all the other pages and then a simple sort would get rid of all your blank lines.

Just depends on how push button you want this to be.
