My roommate and I have recently lost our jobs and are looking for someone to take over renting our awesome house. This will not be a sublease. We are going to be out at the end of October, so we are looking for someone to start in November. This house is on a great piece of land with plenty of room for kids and pets to play. There is a 2 car garage as well. The master is quite large. It fits my king bed and desk in there with plenty of room. It has its own bathroom with stand up shower. There are two smaller bedrooms which share a bathroom in the hallway. There is a large family room and also den with old school fireplace off the kitchen. The dining room is off the kitchen. Outside of the den there is a screened-in porch with light and ceiling fan and a deck with built-in seating off the porch. Its so peaceful sitting outside. The neighborhood is very quite and we have never had issues here.

I hate having to move, but its what we have to do. Currently the large family room is painted blue, the dining room is painted red, and the den is painted a very light green which we will be painting back to white. North Hills and the new Park and Market area less than a mile away. This is one of my favorite areas in Raleigh, but we have to go. I will post pics later. PM me for more info. Thanks

Ahh thought I copied that over from the CL page. I am waiting for the pics to be sent to me since I am out of town. The rent we are paying is $1250 a month. Most likely that is what it will stay at.
