They haven't added the tickets yet. If your screen says "claim ticket" but then you were not selected its because the lottery hasn't taken place yet. They are giving a grace period for guest tickets to be purchased before actually holding the lottery. Anyone with a guest ticket automatically gets first dibs.

Its not the end of the world. Imagine trying to get tickets when Phillip Rivers and Crew were lighting up Carter Finley Stadium. If people hadn't stolen tickets then you might have the honor of standing in line to get a lottery ticket. A lot of tickets would be given to fans if they had to actually do more than just click a few times on the mouse to get in the lottery.

they make a lot more money off of selling guests tickets than giving them away for free. therefore they try to squeeze as many guest tickets into the initial claim period as possible. most of them won't have their shit together to put cc info into the system by the end of the grace period so plenty of people will still get tickets

When Rivers was here you did not click a mouse. You went to the ticket office and picked up your lottery ticket. It was never done electronically when I was there other than viewing the winning numbers.

Nope. Out of my group of 9, 6 are guests. I'm a Grad student who hasn't missed a game in 6 years, and none of my group won the lotto. First time I have not got tickets. FML
