I'm sure some of you know the answer to this. I'll buy you a snickers and a coke for this information.

I've never found a local source in Raleigh or Charlotte for anything li-ion or li-poly and newer, I think mainly because it's a relatively niche market and having a lot of potential customer dumbasses fail to understand they need specialized chargers for individual or package cells. That and the much-publicized fear of these catching fire, compared to NIMHs or NICDs. batteryspace.com and all-battery.com were some of the main ones I used, never had any issues with anything they ever sent me. Ebay can be VERY easy to find some cheapo china-brand shitty ones if it's not a high quality or high-reliability application.

Did you check the regulars? Batteries plus, etc?

And I agree with Chief - you can't just jury rig a LiIon pack and avoid burning your house down. Your best bet would probably be rewiring some off the shelf stuff or ordering direct from hong kong.

Yep, know all about the hazards of Li-ion charging...and the need to monitor individual cell voltage while charging.

None of the regulars carry them. I needed to find something by this weekend, which is why I didn't hit any of the online sites.
