Not much help doing a google search on this error message. I am set as the admin if that matters on this computer.
Tries to connect to something and then gives this error. Is this a firewall issue or something preventing the two from connecting thus returning this error message below?

do this:
ls -al /Applications/Akamai
and let us know what it says
