09/10 average attendance for EPL: 34,780
08/09 average attendance for la liga: 29,124
08/09 average attendance for serie a: 25,304

according to ncaa.com:

But there are 3x as many chances to see a Premiership team play, and that's just counting league games. Count Champions League games and other friendlies, and a good team plays a number of games more comparable to the NBA or NHL.

But if you want to act like NC State has a bigger following than Liverpool or Man U, go ahead.

Hes still with the music department, and did our Voice of the PowerSound 2 years back (some other professor now), but hes more admin staff now than really doing anything with the department. Youll see him run a pep band at a basketball game every once in a while.

average ACC attendance: 50808.58
% capacity: 87.32

EPL % capacity: 90.75

^^ i don't know how relevant that is if they're still leaving an average of 10% of the seats empty. i'm not trying to say that nc state has the same following as OHMYGODLIVERPOOLMANUCHELSEA, but as i understand it those are the exceptional clubs and most top flight soccer clubs play in more like 25-30k stadiums. so to say that nc state is like soccer except w/o the attendance is stupid, b/c we have plenty of attendance relatively speaking.

Yeah Dr. Fuller SUCKED ASS when it came to running the marching band, there numbers were dwindling big time when he was in charge the new guy seemed to have righted the ship in the nick of time.


I was at the Florida State game when you guys did that Micheal Jackson routine, I must say I was impressed...I dont think that fuller guy would have ever done something like that.
