So I've finally gotten my new F150 almost right. Bought it last week and its replacing my old Ranger as my new daily driver and work truck. I love the thing . . . . I can fit two pallets of hardware in the bed, it has tons of power, and just downright is more fun to drive. But there's one problem I can't figure out. For some reason the air box is filling up with oil. I replaced the PCV valve and it didn't help.

Its an '89 F150 XLT Lariat 4x4 with a 302 V8. 160k miles on it. Aside from this weird problem it runs perfectly smoothly. Anybody have any ideas?

source: rings are bad (pressurizes crank case more than usual, thus more oily blow-by)

band aid: oil catch can
