I need to find an equation for the area of this shape. I've broken the shape down into triangles but I need to be able to relate h1, h2, and L in terms of H.



Is there enough information shown to do that?

1) Squares are also rectangles.

2) It is 120px x 120 px, but on screen the sides are not equal in length.

Either way, it is definitely a rectangle

^^^the point was that if your monitor were at the native resolution then a 120x120 image would look like a square

and I have known what a rectangle is since elementary school, and that a square is a type of rectangle

ALKatraz probably deleted the image himself to avoid ridicule, once he realized how embarrassingly simple the trigonometry was to calculate the area.
