Does anyone have experience with this course? I'm thinking of taking it in the Spring with Savage. I never had her as an undergrad, so I'm not sure what to expect.

Savage is an excellent teacher whose courses are extremely challenging. I haven't had graph theory with her, but did do algorithms (505) and can only advise that you buckle your seatbelt and tighten your chinstrap. Plan your other courses accordingly so you have plenty of time to devote to her course.

^Thanks for the information. This would put me at 14 (grad) hours, so I might look for a different course to take. Sounds like I don't have the time to devote to a course like this next semester.

Savage is a smart lady and a good teacher.

That said her classes are tough and Graph Theory is extremely hard.
