I need a capacitor for a ceiling fan, but cant find anywhere reputable to actually buy one!

I need a 5 wire, 4.5uf/6uf/5uf capacitor. Believe it's 280v...i'll check on that though.

Anywhere around sell these? Would prefer to pick up in person, but dont mind online ordering.

That sounds like a run capacitor; different capacitance than a start capacitor. Try W. W. Grainger.

Most appliance parts stores should have this as well. A lot of window unit air conditioners use them on their motors.

3 values are most likely because it's a multispeed motor, which usually has separate windings for each speed.

Yeah, the fan only works on the High setting. When you pull the chain for Medium/low, it still runs in high.

The capacitor is slightly bulged as well, so it's definitely bad.

Looks pretty much like this.
