No one's taking anyone's side. He isn't doing anything a thousand people on both sides haven't done. He's not going overboard with the personal insults and he's mainly keeping it in the Credibility thread.

I did warn him about keeping it on topic just a few days ago and he has reasonably done that even with five people trolling him back every time he posts.

This is at least the third chance for ohbeboner(donbeebe, ohboyeee, milboner). I would hope that he is aware of the rules by now? How about a shorter leash for repeat offenders it would keep things more on topic and more civil. Allowing a repeat offender to troll and go completely off topic gives the perception of no control and will result in more message board detritus.

@adder: I know that you remember me from a year or two ago and going overboard with some of my rhetoric [admittedly] on a lot of users and topics. I'm not trying to do that this time. And yes man the $5 adds up. I actually think most of you guys are pretty funny and genuine people (most tolerant NC State fans that I've ever encountered ) and I can honestly respect that.

i just went back and read milkboner's posts from the last couple days. no personal attacks, no excessively snarky comments. and really, not even all that much criticism of the team or coach lowe. pretty civil if you ask me. meanwhile, some of you insist on arguing with him every post he makes. i'm actually pretty impressed milkboner has refrained from the personal attacks for so long, considering how often some of y'all bait him.

so he doesn't like the coach - big deal so don't a lot of other people. he's welcome to an opinion just like you are. if you guys want a "we support coach lowe no matter what" thread, you're welcome to have one. you want a "we hate milkboner" thread, well that's fine too that's what this thread is for.

I can see how the uninitiated would confuse Milkboner's posts as sincere, he's pretty good at what he does.

But look, this 'just ignore him' line doesn't work. I've done it, others do it, but you're never going to get everyone on the same page. Every single post of his, someone (sometimes me) takes the bait. And then whatever discussion was taking place is fucked. He's not here to discuss things, he's here to troll.

Oh please, I'm not interrupting any discussions. You guys are the ones talking about pop tarts in the credibility thread for several pages. Give me a break, sometimes I feel like I'm the only one talking about sports in there, and I've initiated some great discussion. That's why you don't have any posts from me to quote in here as any kind of evidence of whatever you're trying to claim.

Also you didn't address qntmfred's point about how much you guys bait me. It's pretty much after every post I make. If I were in there calling someone dumbass or dickhead or faggot I'd be gone in a heartbeat. If anything there is a double standard as much as some of you guys get away with it, but you don't see me in feedback forum making a boohoo thread about it. I mean hell you called NyM a "fucking faggot" and said he has no balls (page 284 of the Credibility thread). Do you not see the irony in that?
