This game is going to be insane, it's available on Steam for only $12 and you can literally destroy everything in the environment (better than BC2)

It uses NVIDIA's PhysX engine, but can also use CPU and with CPU it can use any amount of cores avaiable on your system.

One side note this game is VAC (Valve Anti Cheat) enabled, meaning it's almost impossible to cheat in the game.
