's,
If you are "America's Diner," as you people claim in your commercial, then America sucks.
I work for a company that often has people from other countries who come to help out. We put them in hotels, and against my suggestion, those hotels have TVs, which exposes foreigners to a full onslaught to your commercials. Most Americans know better than to go to a Denny's, where we have to put up with insufferable service and just an overall incompetent restaurant staff. But I hate having to explain to these foreigners that saying Denny's is America's diner is the same as saying Volkswagen is Germany's car. They're both from their respective countries, but they are far from representing the best in the country's respective market.
I beg of you to change your motto to "An American Diner." It's less misleading, yet it allows you to keep your identity of an American Diner.
We already have enough problems with our image in the International community. Please, make things easier on us, your fellow citizens, and change your motto.
Sincerely,
A concerned American. 1/29/2011 8:08:04 PM |
