the company i work for has a large sales meeting coming up. outdoor/indoor type of thing. I'm looking to rent the following:

1 really really nice projector. This will be our main projector and will be beaming up on an almost 20' wide screen. Will just be showing a power point.

2-3 simple projectors, nothing crazy. These will displaying on a stand/pop up screen.

2-3 pop up projector screens.

2 megaphones. yes megaphones. I would prefer the walkie type instead of the speak into the end.

Looking a good place in Raleigh to rent all this under one roof.

I've got some connections here in Fayetteville.

The real question is whats your budget? And 20 feet is not bad, but the lighting conditions of the room can come into play. If it's bright it's going to cost crazy money - some of the projectors I've seen them using have bulbs that are only rated for like 300 hours. But they also have the contract for the Fayetteville Crown Coliseum and they host all of the downtown concerts; they're legit.

http://www.audio-light.com/
Back in high school, our theater teacher was dating a guy who worked for Audio & Light. They do some quality stuff, and AFAIK they still do rentals.

I imagine there's someone in Raleigh that does this sort of thing, but I don't have a clue who.
