ha, I didn't say anything racist. IMO, she is better than many of the typical rappers on her level. Her level being that underground, semi-famous, tryin to make it on youtube kinda thing. I could listen to hours and hours of up and coming typical male rappers of any race on that level and it would all sound mediocre. Not that any of it's terrible, it's just the same old shit. This chick stands out, she brings something different. No, being a stanford grad doesn't make her a better rapper, but it gives her better/different material because she understands things on a different level. She presents them on a different level. Listen to her other songs on the economy, global trade, politics etc. It's also not even remotely racist to claim that being a young, attractive, white "girl-next-door" type will give her an edge in the game. I agree she sounds like Niki Minaj, and those same qualities are what helped Niki to get big. That being said, perhaps I shouldn't of claimed she was better, different would be more appropriate.

you sound ignorant, shes rapping about the same crap all these other "mediocre, semi-underground" rappers are talkin about. It is pretty common for these underground rappers to reference socio-economic issues. She doesnt stand out in that sense, plus many of these male emcees are much more sickwitit. I agree with you for the most part, but this whole thing about her subject matter being so much better isnt true

I would argue that growing up the way alot of these emcees do gives you better/different material than being a stanford graduate

its like blues, what makes blues great is hearin that pain in the artists voice havin lived through that shit, thats why you can snipe a blues cover band a mile away, they may play well but they are missing that pain in their sound
