There was actually a whole big string where McCants's dad got into a big argument with a guy from Elon and talked about how Roy constantly badmouthed Rashad to NBA coaches/scouts. Then Rashad himself got on there and said "i need to see a therapist bc my coach dont understand my facial expressions."

I will preface by saying that I am as much of an NC State fan as anyone. I watch all of the games that are available and try to go to at least one game a year.

But UNC looks damn good with Marshall running the point. I am interested to see them against Duke on Wednesday.

It'll be Strickland, I imagine. He's much quicker. I could see Duke getting all they can handle form UNC but winning a close one in Cameron. Henson should handle the weaksauce Plumlee's, but UNC doesn't have any answer for Singler's versatility.

Seth Davis just said he quit by packing his room at night and just leaving and let his dad call Roy to tell him. And his mom was calling Roy and complaining about the number of minutes he was getting and was pissed about Roy going after John Wall and didnt like the tickets she was getting for the games

yeah they did that too, but at least they waited until after the season was over. those are three examples of players that roy really should've never recruited. i'll never understand traveling 3000 miles to recruit backup players when there are plenty in your own backyard

In North Carolina's first game without him, Marshall played 36 minutes and had 16 assists to just three turnovers in a 20-point thrashing of Florida State. But that's not the point. Ironically, as selfish as Drew's actions have been, they are also self-defeating. Though his father told the Raleigh News and Observer last week that "this was a decision that was made long before this season even started," Larry's decision to wait until after the start of the spring semester means that he only has one year of eligibility remaining. If he had transferred during the semester break, he would have retained the option of becoming eligible in midseason next year. "
