ok, explain the zombies thing for a guy who plays black ops on the regular, but has never given the zombies thing a second thought.

you can have teams of 3 or 4. Each level gets progressively harder with more zombies that are harder to kill. Strategy is used to make sure each of you stays alive even if you are taken down. You can revive people who are taken down ( in a certain time limit ).

there are glitches in the game that can help you out, for example: getting 3 guns instead of just having two or getting a specific gun that will help you out tremendously.


I didn't like it at first but after level 2 prestige i tried it out again and got progressively better by watching others. It's really fun if you have the right team.

I just wish they made the difficulty adjustable, especially if you are playing alone so that you can learn the friggin maps

I watched some kid in the UK made it to level 40 solo in zombies. You can learn a lot from his vids.

I've played a few times solo on Kino der whatever and the new map. It's fun for the first few rounds, then it seems you just end up doing the same routes and techniques over and over. Never play with a party because none of my friends like it. If anybody wants to roll sometime, I'm up for it.

I played the zombie arcade for the first time yesterday and it was a lot of fun. Very cool throwback to top scrollers of yesteryear. At the home screen while sitting in the chair press L, R, L, R, L, R until you break free and get up. Walk over to computer and type DOA and enjoy. Its awesome. Tutorials are all over the webs if you're having trouble.

Can someone explain how the kid goes down 5 minutes into the first vid and has dual grenade launching pistols and revives himself?

you buy the revive things from the machine on the first level? i tried to watch the video yesterday then it stopped working, so i'm not sure if that's what you mean, once you go down though your pistol shoots rockets for some reason
