WOLFPACK IN THE HOUSE!
hopefully Caldwell wins, that'll be semi-kinda-decent retorts for Bass Fishing remarks by UNC fans

i don't think a men's wrestling national championship is the kind of fire power we are looking for...
I mean who would be the first one to jump on here with jokes for UNC winning a championship that involves two men rolling around on a mat. 3/17/2011 12:15:27 AM |

^ For the most part successful wrestlers in the South don't garner much attention from the big time wrestling programs like Iowa, Iowa State, Ok State, etc. Buddy of mine in high school was a three time state champ in Florida and only got offered a chance to walk on at Iowa State.
It'd be cool if NC State developed a national program that could at least dominate the ACC and the South. Having Caldwell do well is at least good exposure for the program. 3/17/2011 3:23:58 PM |

remember when the real sting beat up the fake sting and acted like he was going to join NWO Hollywood but then he tricked everyone and pulled off the NWO Hollywood shirt to reveal a NWO Wolfpac one!? 3/17/2011 5:06:27 PM |

Caldwell out in the 2nd round with a seperated shoulder. Apparently had surgery on that shoulder before. 3/18/2011 10:57:19 AM |

Some one-legged guy won the National Championship

^That guy is a badass. However, he has WAY more upper body strength than anyone in his weight class (he sacrifices a lot of weight by not having one whole leg), but who can hold that against him? The guy only has one leg! Stats quoted during the match were that he could bench press over 300 lbs. (weighs less than 125 lbs.), and that he can do over 100 pull-ups in two minutes. Good job. 3/20/2011 6:26:21 PM |

Seriously, I know that guy only has one leg but it's ridiculous how much more upper body strength he has compared to his peers in his weight class since he has an extra 20-30 pounds to work with. 3/20/2011 6:48:53 PM |

Jesus, that dude is jacked. Looks like he should be in 160, not 125. 3/20/2011 7:36:37 PM |
